Product Summary

Built to be used in any commercial or industrial training environment, Vulcan’s improved incline/decline adjustable bench V2.0 is, quite simply, pretty spectacular. Made with 8-millimeter steel and 11-gauge tubing, the V2.0 provides increased stability, which is especially important when hitting heavy lifts on a bench.

This bench uses a ladder-style adjustment on the back for its seven levels of incline/decline which is a bit faster and easier to use than a curved spine seen on many FID benches. The seat adjusts with a simple pop-pin design and offers five levels of adjustments. That is a whopping total of 35 adjustment options that range from -20 degrees to 85 degrees making it possible to perform a myriad of exercises.

The 11.8-inch long and 2.5-inch thick, grippy, vinyl pad provides more trunk stability and prevents slipping, which is rather important when pushing heavy weights over your head or face. Additionally, the vinyl on the ankle pad was replaced with a urethane covering intended to stave off tears and resist sweat absorption. The single-post front design also gives your feet plenty of room. There is a relatively small gap between the seat and back pad but some users have reported this to be uncomfortable when flat. That said, the overall quality and design of this bench is hard to beat.
