Product Summary

Adding VersaLifts V2 heel lifts into any training shoe brings a level of versatility to your exercise routine by providing an additional .5-inch heel-to-toe drop. VersaLifts V2 heel lifts are available in three models; the standard VersaLifts V2, VersaLifts V2 Endurance, and VersaLifts V2 Strength. Sold in pairs and available in both men and women sizing, all three models of VersaLifts can also serve to improve form and positioning for squat movements.

The VersaLifts V2 Endurance heel lifts are more compressible and designed for workouts with a high volume of plyometric, running, or agility movements. These heel lifts absorb shock from impact to limit stress on your joints. While the V2 Endurance lifts are pliable, the VersaLifts V2 Strength is the most rigid insert and intended for heavy strength training.

Constructed with just the right amount of polymer hardness, all styles are able to support heavy loads while remaining lightweight. They come with a no-slip cleat technology to keep them in place during any movement. Most users report having to trim the inserts in order for them to fit correctly into a training shoe. While this does not have any functional impact, it is worth noting.
