It definitely has its place in the fitness community, but probably really only fits into home gyms that have a substantial amount of space The 60-inch Ronin takes up a lot of space. This machine would be great for collegiate strength coaches.
The sturdy Ronin Plyometric Machine allows users to perform a variety of box jumps and step-ups, as well as plyometric push-ups. It eliminates the need for multiple boxes. The rounded, slip-free, 4-inch thick foam landing platform and the foam encased head pad helps eliminate common plyo box injuries.
