The Speediance Gym Monster Home Gym is a versatile all-in-one smart trainer. The Gym Monster is ready to use right out of the box, it does not require any mounting or assembly.
The Monster Home Gym has a 21.5-inch screen for streaming workouts via the Speediance Home Workout app. For a monthly subscription fee, the app offers hundreds of workouts updated weekly such as HIIT, yoga, and rowing. The machine can be used with or without the subscription. The functionality is much more limited without the subscription.
The Monster Home Gym can create a maximum resistance of 100 kilograms with 50 coming from each cable. There are four dynamic weight modes: standard, chains, eccentric, and constant. The basic package comes with the Speediance, bench, barbell and non-bluetooth handle.
The purchase of additional smart accessories: smart handles, tricep rope, ski handles, ankle strap and hooks, can help create an even wider variety of workouts. There is also a rowing bench available to purchase to transform your gym into a rowing machine.
There are very limited user reviews available at this time. The few reviews are positive. They enjoyed the convenience and ease of use. They also appreciated that the machine was very quiet.
