One of the main highlights of this machine is its Bluetooth capabilities. With Bluetooth connectivity, users are now able to transfer any of their workouts from other Sole equipment to their smartphones and can track their progress on the Sole app. You can also view all of your workouts on the 10-inch TFT LCD display and charge your phone with the USB port. If you don’t want to do one of the provided programs, there is a tablet holder for your devices.
