Product Summary

The fourth iteration of RPM’s classic, all-purpose rope is great for CrossFit, endurance training, conditioning, or any other fitness-related goal you might have. It’s by far the toughest RPM rope we’ve tested, and we’ve tried out quite a few, and we’re sure it’ll give you quite a challenge whether you use it for boxer steps or double-unders.

The knurled handles ensure a quality grip no matter how much you sweat, and dual bearings give you effortless turns. It comes with a coated cable, but if for some reason you want more speed you can switch it out for a bare cable.

With close to 350 5-star reviews, it’s safe to say RPM hit it out of the park with this rope. And because it’s cut-to-size this is a rope that will work for people of all heights and fitness levels.
