REP Fitness Mounted Multi-Grip Pull-Up Bar is a beast of a wall-mounted pull up bar. The frame is made from 11 gauge steel with a non-slip powder coated finish. It mounts securely into the wall with two lag bolts (mounting hardware is included). It is rated for 500 pounds (although some research states that it is closer to 700 pounds). Therefore, you won’t have to worry about the arch bending under load and you can rest assured that it can support resistance band-supported pull-ups.
With eight bars that are conducive to a variety of exercises, you don’t have to worry about getting bored by doing the same movements every day. The multiple bars also make it easy to use gymnastic rings, resistance bands and body suspension trainers. Please note that this pull-up bar has a big footprint and you will need a large amount of space to install it properly.
