The ProForm HIIT H14 is a hybrid trainer that combines strong upper-body punching movements with an elliptical stepping path to create an intense workout that engages the entire body.
It comes equipped with oversized cushioned pedals, multifunctional handlebars that target different upper body muscles, a cooling fan, dual Bluetooth speakers, front transport wheels, and a water bottle holder. The H14’s 30 pound flywheel and 26 levels of resistance result in a variety of training options and intensities on a smooth and quiet trainer.
To that end, the ProForm HIIT H14 is iFIT-enabled and comes with a free 30-day family membership, providing an immersive training experience that can be enjoyed on its 14-inch swiveling HD touchscreen.
Membership provides access to thousands of workouts led by world-class trainers. Beyond the 30 days, a paid subscription is required to utilize iFIT. But if you choose to forgo the membership, there are over 50 pre-programmed workouts that vary in length and intensity. The H14 does require WiFi to utilize these programs.
The H14 measures just 29 inches wide, 66 inches deep, and 52 inches high. Its compact footprint may be attractive to those in small spaces. Despite its compact nature, it boasts a 325-pound max user weight capacity. Assembly is reportedly challenging so recruit some help if possible.
