This relatively compact piece of equipment provides15 different weight options in one. Each dumbbell ranges from 10 to 55-pounds in 2.5-pound or 5-pound increments.
Adjusting the weights works by way of a smooth pin weight selection system, which users report to be easy-to-use. When the dumbbell is on its storage tray, you slide the pin to the desired weight and lift from the tray. Any weights not being used will remain on the tray.

While the cost of these dumbbells is less than purchasing 15 different dumbbells, they still are an investment.
