The NordicTrack Fusion CST Studio is a strength training machine with iFit technology to help you achieve strength and cardio fitness goals. This machine is a free standing base with a mirror so you can check your form and six cables to perform a variety of exercises. The Fusion has 20 levels of silent magnetic resistance, this can create resistance from 10 to 100 lbs.
The Fusion also comes with two safety spotter arms, a tablet/smartphone holder with charging station, six integrated ergonomic removable handles, two squat pulleys and two ankle strap accessories. You can create up to five user profiles on the machine. When setting up the machine you need a level area and six feet of clearance around the machine. NordicTrack also recommends having two or three people to assemble the product.
The Fusion also comes with a 10” HD tablet to stream interactive iFit workouts. iFit is a streaming fitness platform with a variety of workouts with and without your Fusion machine. When used in concert with your Fusion CST Studio the iFit trainers can automatically change the resistance on your machine with AutoAdjust technology. When used without your Fusion machine you can do yoga, mindfulness or cycling workouts.
