Diet-To-Go offers chef-curated heat-and-eat meals that can accommodate a number of specialized diets. There’s a calorie-controlled Balance option that’s formulated for weight loss, a diabetes-friendly menu that helps with blood sugar management, a keto-style carb-restricted plan, a vegetarian, and a Mediterranean. You can make small customizations to each plan, like opting for no seafood, but other than that you’re limited to what the menu offers.
No matter which plan you choose, all meals are portioned out with all the extras (including fruit, sides, and condiments) included. If you choose the standard plan, there’s a men’s option that offers up to 1,600 calories per day, and a women’s option that caps out at 1,200 calories. You can choose two to three meals per day for five or seven days per week, so you can cover all your meals or just supplement your weekly diet.Â
New menus drop weekly, but they’re on a five-week rotation cycle. In other words, the menu repeats every five weeks—new meals aren’t constantly added like some other meal delivery services.
