Product Summary

Bells of Steel’s Reverse Hammer combines two premium home gym products into one affordable and space-saving training tool. This Reverse Hammer fuses the reverse back extension machine and glute ham developer (GHD) providing the benefits of both machines in one, uniquely designed fitness solution. Featuring a more compact footprint than two separate machines, the Bells of Steel Reverse Hammer may be a good choice for those with smaller spaces.

Equipped with a vertically adjustable footplate/foot roller allows users of varying heights to take advantage of the Reverse Hammer. The new 2.0 version comes stacked with two band begs for resistance work, side handles to make getting in and out easier, and extra padding over the curved part of the pad to improve comfort. Based on feedback from users of the Reverse Hammer 1.0 version, Bells of Steel made the footplate straight up and down rather than angled, which feels more secure for users.

The Reverse Hammer weighs 280 pounds and is constructed of 2-inch-by-3-inch strong steel tubing, making it both durable and stable. Anchor holes are provided should you like to secure it to the floor, however, its overall build is stable enough without the anchors. While some users felt the foam pads to be too firm, the majority of buyers appreciated the density and high-end vinyl covering.
